3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful completion of the applicable payment requirements.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will contact the customer regarding the appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.

An order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch or delivery.

4. Order Processing and Preparation Time

Our estimated preparation times are as follows:

• In-stock products: Approximately 10 business days.

• Customized products: Approximately 25–35 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Preparation time is separate from courier transit time. Delivery may therefore take additional time after an order has been dispatched.

5. Product Descriptions and Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to present our jewellery products, photographs, colors, materials, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in color, texture, finish, stone appearance, or overall presentation may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, handmade craftsmanship, or the nature of the materials used.

Such minor variations do not necessarily indicate a defect or misrepresentation. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and photographs carefully before ordering.

6. Pricing and Product Availability

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on our website.

Prices, product descriptions, availability, and promotional offers may change without prior notice. Any changes will not automatically alter an order that has already been accepted, except where correction or adjustment is permitted by applicable law or agreed upon with the customer.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, listing, or typographical errors.

7. Payments and Payment Methods

Our payment requirements are as follows:

• Pakistan pre-booking orders: A 50% advance payment is required before processing begins.

• International orders: 100% advance payment is required before processing begins.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only within Pakistan, subject to location, courier availability, and order eligibility.

Customers must complete the required payment using an accepted payment method before their orders can be processed.

Any applicable bank charges, payment-processing fees, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment terms and laws.

8. Order Cancellation and Advance Payments

Once an order has been confirmed, we generally do not accept cancellation requests, particularly after production, customization, or preparation has begun.

Advance payments are generally non-refundable for confirmed orders, including customized or specially prepared items, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Taraash Artistic Jewellery agrees otherwise in writing.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution.

Customers should contact us promptly if they believe an order was placed incorrectly or if they need assistance with an order.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Taraash Artistic Jewellery offers delivery across Pakistan and international shipping to eligible destinations, subject to courier availability and applicable restrictions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements and for paying customs duties, taxes, or other destination-related charges where required by law.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, tracking and delivery are subject to the courier's procedures and service conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related enquiries.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Any return, exchange, or refund request will be handled in accordance with our published Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers should contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Please provide the order details and supporting photographs where appropriate so that we can assess the issue.

Customized and specially prepared products may be subject to additional restrictions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for following appropriate jewellery-care instructions.

Plating, polish, stones, pearls, beads, and other decorative materials may require careful handling. Exposure to water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, sweat, abrasion, or improper storage may affect the appearance or lifespan of jewellery.

Unless expressly stated in a product description or written warranty, we do not guarantee that plating, color, or finish will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Any specific product warranty or guarantee advertised by us will be subject to its stated conditions.
