1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock products: Orders are processed and dispatched within approximately 10 business days.

  • Customized or made-to-order products: Please allow approximately 25–35 business days for production and dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, public holidays, and seasonal demand.

If we anticipate a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note that processing time is separate from courier transit time.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan

Taraash Artistic Jewellery offers home delivery across Pakistan through available courier services.

  • Nationwide Delivery: Available across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only within Pakistan, subject to order and location eligibility.

  • Pre-Booking Orders: A 50% advance payment is required before processing begins.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number to help ensure successful delivery.

3. International Shipping

Taraash Artistic Jewellery offers worldwide shipping to eligible destinations, subject to courier availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

  • International Delivery: Available to eligible international destinations.

  • Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required before processing an international order.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available for international orders.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated separately and are payable by the customer.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Any applicable import duties, customs charges, or destination-country taxes are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

4. Courier Services

We work with trusted courier and logistics providers, which may include TCS, DHL, SkyNet, and other available shipping partners, depending on the destination and service requirements.

Courier selection may vary according to delivery location, parcel size, availability, and shipping arrangements.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery and tracking are subject to the courier provider's procedures and service conditions.

5. Damaged Shipments

We take reasonable care when preparing and packaging orders for dispatch.

Orders delivered within Pakistan:

If your parcel arrives damaged during transit, please contact Taraash Artistic Jewellery as soon as possible and provide your order details and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

After reviewing the claim, we will assess the appropriate resolution. Where a repair or replacement is approved under this policy, the customer will be responsible for the one-way return shipping charges incurred when sending the item back to us. Any further shipping arrangements will be communicated during the resolution process.

International orders:

For international shipments, damage-related repair or replacement is not offered under this shipping policy. Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not offer returns, repairs, replacements, or refunds for overseas orders, including items damaged during transit.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that their shipping address and recipient details are accurate before placing an order.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that may be required under applicable law.

6. Delivery Delays

We make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within the estimated processing timeframe. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions or operational delays.

  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures.

  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.

  • Public holidays and peak shopping periods.

  • Government restrictions or transportation interruptions.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Such delays are not automatically grounds for cancellation or compensation. All requests will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service, applicable store policies, and relevant legal requirements.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Taraash Artistic Jewellery cannot guarantee successful delivery when an address or contact number is incorrect or incomplete. Additional courier charges, return-to-sender fees, or redelivery costs arising from incorrect information or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be the customer's responsibility, where applicable.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order. Changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
