Refund Policy

At Taraash Artistic Jewellery, every jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the best possible quality. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return and No Refund Policy

All confirmed orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Customers are requested to review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, and specifications carefully before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • Customized and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • If an order cannot be fulfilled because a product is unavailable, we will offer store credit equal to the amount paid or discuss another suitable resolution with the customer.

3. Store Credit

If a product becomes unavailable after payment or Taraash Artistic Jewellery cannot fulfil a confirmed order, the customer will receive store credit equal to the amount paid for that order.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases from Taraash Artistic Jewellery.

  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Store credit may be used toward any available product on our website.

4. Damaged Items — Pakistan Orders Only

If an item delivered within Pakistan arrives damaged during transit, please contact us promptly through WhatsApp or email.

Customers must provide their order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, Taraash Artistic Jewellery will arrange a repair or replacement for an approved transit-damaged item.

  • Customers are responsible for the one-way shipping charges for returning the damaged item to us.

  • Please contact us before sending any item back.

  • Damage claims must be reported as soon as possible after delivery.

5. International Orders

For international orders, returns, repairs, replacements, and refunds for items damaged during transit are not offered.

Customers are responsible for checking their shipping address and recipient details carefully before placing an order.

6. Color and Product Variations

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, monitor settings, or the handmade nature of certain jewellery pieces.

Minor color, texture, or finish variations are not accepted as reasons for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

7. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customized and made-to-order jewellery is prepared according to the customer's selected design and specifications.

Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for confirming their design, selection, and order details before confirming their purchase.
